MOSA VOCE - Concerto Estivo con Melodie Appassionate

Na MOSA VOCE’s succesvolle concerten in de Sint Jan te Maastricht als ook de Kopermolen te  Vaals, staat nu het tweede deel van onze cyclus op de rol.  Voorzienzijn een aantal bekende duetten en solo’s uit Italiaanse, Franse en Duitse opera’s daterend uit de Laat Romantische periode.

Centraal staat het thema liefde, maar ook vriendschap, verraad en zelfs de dood. Thema’s van alle tijden, die zeker nu belangrijker lijken dan ooit.

Componisten als Verdi, Puccini en Bizet uit de late 19^e eeuw waren in staat om deze terugkerende thema’s in prachtige muziek om te zetten.

MOSA VOCE, sinds 2019 actief als internationaal klassiek ensemble, bestaat uit:

Tenor Raimonds Linajs, afgestudeerd aan het Maastrichts conservatorium, vertolkte diverse rollen in operaproducties in Letland, België en Nederland en werkt momenteel als freelancer bij onder andere de Nationale Opera in Amsterdam en de Weense Staatsopera. Daarnaast werkt hij als dirigent en zangdocent.

Bariton Roger Deckers heeft zangles van Frans Kokkelmans en heeft deelgenomen aan verschillende producties van Opera Zuid. Daarnaast is hij actief als solist in de regio.

After MOSA VOCE's successful winter concerts in the Sint Jan in Maastricht, as well as in the Kopermolen,  a second cycle is now planned. A number of well-known duets and solos from Italian, French and German operas dating from the Late Romantic period will be performed.

The central theme islove, but also friendship, betrayal and even death. Themes of all times, but which certainly now seem more important than ever.

Composers such as Verdi, Puchini and Bizet from the late 19th century were able to transform these recurring themes into beautiful music.

MOSA VOCE, active as an international classical ensemble since 2019, consists of:

Tenor Raimonds Linajs, a graduate of the Maastricht Conservatory, performed various roles in opera productions in Latvia, Belgium and the Netherlands and currently works asa freelancer at the National Opera in Amsterdam and the Vienna State Opera, among others. He also works as a conductor and singing teacher.

Baritone Roger Deckers has singing lessons from Frans Kokkelmans and has participated in various productions of Opera Zuid. He is also active as a soloist in the region.
